My thing is anxiety.

Never sleep through your alarm again: use a recording of your voice as your alarm clock

I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning.

That’s an understatement.

I’m dead to the world in the morning. I really struggle when it comes to forcing myself out of bed.

I’ve actually gotten to the point where I sleep through my alarm. It’ll blare and go off for 30 minutes before I eventually wake up. There’s almost no point to setting my alarm since it doesn’t wake me up.

Lately, however I’ve found a technique that works for me – I record myself a message and set it as my alarm in the morning – and surprisingly it works.
