Learning Lucid Dreaming – Day 21: Second Lucid Dream!

I had my second lucid dream this morning and I remember a lot from it.

I was in a weird cruise ship when all of the sudden everything feels out of place and I realize I’m dreaming.

I did a dream test by putting my right index finger through my left palm and it went through. I’m officially lucid dreaming!

As I was doing this I realized that with all of my excitement my dream was fading. I’ve read that if you spin around really quick the dream will strengthen, so I spun as hard as I could.

Learn As I Learn Lucid Dreaming – Day 20: Dream Recall Tips

I’ve been doing fantastically good with dream recall the past couple of days.

I remembered 3 dreams yesterday and 4 today. Not just fragments of dreams but full long scenes expanding for a long duration.

I’ve been making sure to get 7.5 hours of sleep and I think it’s paying off.

Learning Lucid Dreaming – Day 14: Frustration

I’ve been having a hard time remembering my dreams lately. In fact, I haven’t added to my dream journal for the past 4 days.

It’s not totally from a lack of trying, as soon as I wake up I still remember that I need to write down my dreams – I just can’t remember anything. Not even a little sliver.

It’s frustrating, I’ve been making great progress so far and now I’ve seemed to hit a wall

I think it’s a combination of some of the new excitement wearing off along with the fact that I’ve been staying up later the past few […]
